Please find attached important information regarding the proposed restructure of the Club Executive Committee following workshops between all the subcommittees.

This will be voted on at the Club’s AGM on Friday 6 December 2019, position descriptions for the available roles are attached as is a nomination form, the AGM will be held at the Club and commence at 7pm sharp, we would love to see as many voting members there as possible as it is your Club.

Please take the time to read this information as these changes are not only for the immediate future but for the long term future of CPFC so that our Club will be around for many generations to come.

A copy of the new Club Rules will be uploaded on the Club website and promoted on the Club’s Facebook site early this week as well so keep a look out for that
